I have been taking my women multivitamins every morning for about 1.5 years and I feel more awake, energized, and healthy-looking ๐

@Pickier I think it helps with overall body processes, including the immune system ๐

i used to take biotin but i saw no effects from it. honestly, if your diet is good and balanced, it should be sufficient for your body to process. i do take vitamin c supplements but thatโs mostly for immune health than skin. iโd rather take supplements for overall health than those that target specific thing like just the skin.

I've heard of DHC collagen tablets and it has good reviews. I'm thinking of trying it soon.
