I would go for CeraVe since this brand focus on Ceramides and you need them to make your skin barrier stronger since stonger skin barrier = less problems with water running away from the skin, also this brand has some occlusive ingredients in their formulas.

I really enjoy this LRP moisturizer is a bit more expensive depending on what country you areโฆ otherwise, something from Cerave or Cetaphil should work, not as good in my personal experience but are good brands.

Iโd also definitely recommend a hyaluronic acid serum, too! Thankfully there are plenty of good drugstore options for those - I always see more brands coming out with them for under $10! Good luck ๐
