Oily/Sensitive
Depends on if youโre curious about physical exfoliation with scrubs/tools, or chemical exfoliants with serums and such. Iโd recommend steering clear of physical exfoliation as it tends to cause small tears that damage the skin ๐ฌ For chemical exfoliants, dermatologists say to only exfoliate 1-2 times per week since it takes almost a month for our skin to fully regenerate! A few products - like salicylic acid cleansers - can be used daily, since theyโre a quick rinse-off. But products intended for chemical exfoliation really should be only once or twice a week โ start with once and see how your skin does ๐ Good luck! ๐

Dry/Sensitive
It really depends on your skin and what products you use but I think 2-3 times a week is good :)
At first I would slowly introduce the product.
