Help:Lithium and acne

My acne is worse because I need to take lithium. I can’t wear makeup or use skincare products without my face breaking out. I tried Doxycyclinum but it just made my face and my neck even worse and I still haven’t recovered from it. I need all the skincare advice and all the product recommendations. Help me please!
