IMO they go after moisturisers. I could be wrong, but I checked The Ordinary’s website and they suggest to layer product by the consistency of it.

Suspension means that it is a homogeneous formulation containing ingredients in different forms. For example, you can have solutes, oils, spheres, etc. I hope this helps 😊
