I would be careful if you have problem skin that the 10% niacinamide might be a bit much, but you can always mix it with your moisturizer first to see how you react to it and then try it on its own. I hope this helps 😊

Wasn't niacinamide the main ingredient of the ruruberry serum?
If it is then it's perfect for your skin concerns, though I suggest that you patch test the product first, as you said you haven't used a serum before so we don't know how your skin will react with the product and I think the rurubery one has high concentration of niacinamide, not that sure though.

yes u r allow to use a serum especially when u have skin concerns such as redness, pih. acne etc 😊
