Used wrong product. HELP!

I think I may have used wrong product that it causes my whole forehead to feel warm and red and itchy. I don't know what to do now besides washing my face. Should I visit dermatologist? What can I do to reduce the redness and itchiness? Should I skip my usual routine and stick with only face wash till the skin gets better?

i think you should stick to the a basic cleanser and non-sensitizing moisturiser for now!! hope your skin gets better soon
