These two are completely different. CeraVe has ceramides, while Simple has Urea, lactic acid and paraffin. For some people moisturizer with paraffin = clogging of the skin. Personally, I would go for CeraVe since it makes your skin barrier stronger due to ceramides. Urea and lactic acid is also a great combination, but I would recommend it to someone who has issues with ingrowths.

I have combi and sensitive skin and personally enjoy these moisturiser :)
I use TIA’M in the morning and the other two for night routine. They are safe for sensitive skin :)

i use the simple one in my high school, it has really clogged my pores and resulted in comedones! Be aware of it!

This cream has been helped me maintain a good skin barrier. Perhaps you could consider it?
The Cerave lotion you've chosen is good too. More suited for oily skin.
