Does rice germ ferment extract is the same as sake?

Hello everyone!! I’m kind of confused with the ingredient rice germ ferment extract, whether it is the same as rice ferment filtrate (sake) or not. I just realized my favorite neogen essence has sake in it, and its usage is not permitted in my religion. Going thru the ingredients of all my products and found some with rice germ ferment extract. I really wanna know the right answer for this as I tried to search it but didnt found. Thank you in advance!! 😘
