Expired Product: Salicylic Acid Cleanser

Hello, I want to ask if, its safe to use an expired product such as Salicylic Acid Cleanser (Klenzit 1.5% SA Face Wash 🇵🇭)? I bought this last Feb, and the expiry date would be next month, October of 2021. It has no exact date but only month and year. Is it safe to use until October 30/31 of 2021? The amount of the product is likely in the middle or below the middle. Its too liquidy (little goes a long way) so I just use a tiny amount for my whole face. Thanks :D *Btw before, I used this cleanser (or any bha cleansers such as CeraVe or Neutrogena) for my back acne. I leave it there for about one to two minutes then rinse off. My back acne dries up and now they are completely gone. In addition, always have a towel if you're outside for the sweat*

use it as a body wash instead and avoid exposing it to any open wounds 😃

It is not safe to use salicylic acid past the expiry date. I personally would consider October 1st as the expiry date and just use it on your body after that until you finish it

I would agree with everything that has been said above. It’s better to be safe and just use on your body. I personally didn’t know my cleanser was expired and used it for months 😂 but I do NOT recommend doing anything your not comfortable with

I’d highly encourage not to use it if it is expired! I agree with the comment above where you can use it as a prop for your social media posts!
