Give it time. I don’t think scrubbing your skin raw will do it any good. You are not a piece of fabric to be scrub back to white.
Just keep using sunscreen all over and repeat application every 2 hours

exfoliating is the only thing you can really do. the pigment of your skin had changed - you have to wait for the cells to die and fall off. dry brushing or sugar scrub once a week.

i used coffee scrub when i got back, used raw tomato yesterday. i guess need to be patient then :(

what I did was I scrub with coffee power and sugar. it is good but the result will take time..

i bought a coffee scrub (biofinest brand) and scurb in circular motion. i used it once a week (alternative with green tea gel scrub). i think need to be patient
