Review replies – do you get notified?

I know we can reply to commenters on actual discussion threads but if, for example, you comment on someones review here – would you be notified if the creator comments back on the review?? As much as I want to add more, I don't have a lot of review posts here so when I receive comments, I always want to thank the people who take their time to read & even comment on my review 🥺😅 I always just @ them using their name but I don't think they're notified? Edit: I do it like in the screenshot/photo – I don't have a reply button specifically there, is it just me? 😟
