it could be a breakout due to the laneige or hormonal acne. If you want it gone, just put on some spot treatment on the acne. You can use benzac 5% spot treatment on the acne but use it moderately and moisturize your skin well since it can dries up your skin

Thanks. Not sure if ita from laneige as when i stopped using it, the pimples and redness is still present. Will try tje spot treatment!
