Make sure you don't use too much of the serum and let it dry complete before you apply an appropriate amount of moisturizer, that helped me a lot with pilling issues 😊

maybe they're just not meant to be used under the same routine. try to use them alternately and see if the results would still be the same.

Try waiting a few minutes after serum application to let it fully absorb first before applying moisturiser. This may help reduce pilling. If it still happens, then I guess the two aren't compatible with each other. I pair the Cos de Baha Azelaic Acid with Isntree Aqua Gel Cream and it works fine. It works well with my other serums and moisturiser too.
