This contains BHA (salicylic acid) which I a chemical exfoliant, chemical exfoliants should only be used at a max of 4 times a week but if you use it in a spot treatment once a day could be fine but I would not recommend using it twice a day 💙😊

You really shouldn't use that on top of another exfoliator AHA/BHA/Retinol.... it will do bad more then good to your skin, it's not impossible but I personally won't go for it.

I also have a drying lotion and it says that it has to be used at night and you have to let it dry all night so maybe it's the same for this drying lotion
