I used to have had the same problem as you! Definitely add in hydrating toners or serums and lock it all in with a good moisturiser! My 3 favourite products:

Just need to take the more hydrating product such the toner that contains Hyaluronic Acid and always moisturise your skin well

you may have a damaged moisture barrier. this happened to me. I went from super oily to desert dry and itchy. I’ve been using the glow recipe serum and my skin feels so good

Do you use new product ? Maybe you can use Benton aloe, this is moisturizer, hydrating, calming, nourish and soothing. If your skin be better you can add hydrating product.
