Does anyone have any helpful advice to treat these persistent bumps?

What I would recommend: - retinoids, for first 3 months you'll have more break outs since there's always purging with actives, I'm not sure if Aklief is available in your country but it's good to consult dermatologist to start retinoid treatment - acids - I would recommend acid therapy at esthetician's office, estheticians have stronger acids to fight with acne. - Tiny pro tip - change cleanser to one with pH = 5.5 like COSRX or Heimish, since wrong pH (too high or too low) might end up with more acne. - Centella Cream - like COSRX centella cream, since it has some healing properties - You can also try some mild AHA/BHA solutions like some by mi, by wishtrend or cosrx, the results might be huge but at first you'll have to deal with more acne due to purging - it happens with actives but then it gets better - zinc + niacinamide solutions - not every skin enjoy this mix.

Have you tried chemical exfoliants? They helped reduce my bumps a lot but you have to use them for a period of time.

I noticed a lot of high hydration products that you use with a strong cream or oil base. It might be too much moisture for your skin right now. I would try switching to a gel-based moisturizer and cleanser or a moisturizing lotion, and a mineral based sunscreen. 💗

Azelaic acid works great for skin texture.
