yes! I second this. I also love good old CeraVe cream. If my skin is VERY damaged (cracking, red, chapped) Iβll put Cerave or Cicaplast on first, then cover it with a thin layer of Aquaphor.

when it comes to skin barriers, HA peptides & ceramides will work great. soothing agents like panthenol, allantoin, cica, etc will help to calm down the skin. also, here's a link that maybe u can read about how to repair skin barriers^^
