idk any medicated treatment but the whole Atoderm line by Bioderma line is great for eczema.

my SO has eczema on his face and he uses the roll on Cortisone. holds it bay pretty well.

yes i agree with putrefaction! i love products with ceramide. and I use a handcream with urea that helped with eczema on my hands.
and i dont know why but TO map serum helped with eczema on my eye lids!
