theres a lot of solutions, u can try acne spot treatment or using acne patch. also don’t forget to wear and reapply spf every hours when you get out. acne became more worse if being exposed and unprotected from the uv. it will makes the recovery process slow too.

Maybi you can add exfo toner aha bha in your routin skincare.

I would dry it out with benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid

If its a whitehead, I like using this sulfur ointment on it. Usually dries down in a day or two.
