I got this a lot of time. Dry, itchy red & rough. When I use active ingredient product it will burn thr not sure why. I used this to calm the redness which js work and the dryness too. but the dryness always come back mainly cuz my skin barrier already damaged ><

Maybe you can try Benton Aloe, is a moisturizer, hydrating, calming, and soothing. This very work on my skin, this is a gel and easy absorb.

I get those sometimes. Are they itchy and do they burn? My derm diagnosed me with seborrheic dermatitis, and it flares up when the weather changes. I have to use a topical medicine he prescribed.
That might not be what you have, but if you can see a derm do it. Otherwise you might want to check out anti-inflammatory skincare ingredients.

It gets itchy sometimes but doesn’t burn. I noticed that it appears sometimes when the weather gets cold.
If this kept appearing ill try to see a derm, thank you for your recommendation🤍

I usually double up and layer up when I get these patches when I visit Seoul or Japan in winter, with moisturizer and serum.
