Issues with shipping

Hey everyone, I won the Picky x L’Essential giveaway in September, but it still hasn’t arrived to my door / mail box. The review period ends in 7 days, so I’m a bit worried I’ll never get it. I contacted picky a week ago about it, and they haven’t gotten back to me. I also do not have any tracking info with Shop. What do I do? When I messaged them on Instagram, they told me to email them.

Tracking should show up shortly with Shop, mine showed up this morning.

mine didn’t show up yet either… you can also fill out the follow up form, there’s an option to choose if you didn’t receive the product. Seems like there’re lots of us who didn’t get it yet, so I hope they’ll extend the deadline

There was a previous post from a couple of days ago. Someone contacted L'Essential and they said most likely the deadline will be extended for everyone. This happens quite a bit with Picky Giveaways so it's nothing to stress about.

Some who received their giveaway said that they never received a shipping email before they got it. It just arrived right at them
