try salicylic or benzoyl peroxide cleanser

Use your acne spot treatment

Use salicylic acid a couple of times a week and use a gentle moisturiser everytime after you shower. Don't use very hot water when showering. Make sure you change your sheets and towels frequently as well as sweaty clothes after exercise etc.
