7 skin method- Worth the hype?

Do you think it's hype or worth it? Maximum dermatologists say, toning itself is unnecessary. However I have always been benefitted by application of hydrating toners. I love doing 7 skin method once a week with Tiam b5 toner or Pyunkang yul essence. What's your opinion. Is it worth the hype?

It's personal preference, some people find the routine relaxing so the more the better, besides Asian skincare is known for multi layering..

all back again on the needs of each skin. if you think the next step is already hydrating, I don't think it's necessary to do the '7 skin menthod'

I've only gone up to 3 layers with my thin ampoule for moisturizing purposes. I'm using a PHA toner so I haven't tried the 7 layer yet but I will once I get to a hydrating toner.
