Benzoyl peroxide helps with acne. It can be drying so it’s good to have a nice moisturizer along with hydrating products and not to use it too often. I use it 2-3x a week in the morning. It usually comes in 4%, 5% or a 10%.

use the lesser percentage on your face and a higher percentage on your body if you get acne elsewhere! it's super drying so follow up with moisturizer and make sure it has sunscreen!
