SUDDENLY papulopostular Rosacea!

I think like many people, I had a light form of rosacea most of my life - blushing extremely with a glass of wine - and in general having very sensitive skin but only few breakouts. A few months ago however I started to develop strange-looking inflammatory papules and red blemishes which don't seem to go away ever 😭 Has anybody encountered this and how are y'all dealing with this? What did really help? I really need some hope at this point.
