The most effective way would be to use chemical exfoliation, retinoids, lots of hydration and moisture (as the first two will dry the skin out). However some scars may need to be treated by a professional as topical skincare can only do so much.
I've tagged TO peeling solution as I've seen the best results whilst using it - once a week never longer than 10mins. Revolution skincare has a similar one as well.

Do u have any chemical exfoliation product recommend?? Currently I'm using the skinfood and axis-y exfoliation. Is it suitable for fading the old scars?

i recommend Niacinamide, Vitamin C, retinol and alpha arbutin.
please put 2-3 fingers sunscreen in the morning daily(rain or shine) if you use these or any other products with ctives in them otherwise they can cuse more harm then help.
