Cbd serum

Hey everyone I found this CBD concentrate. It’s really nice but I’m not sure where to put it in my routine. The instructions say to put it on after cleansing but it’s a oily consistency and I’m tinking if using it more as an facial oil because I’m worried my creams won’t go through it. It makes my skin so soft and gives a really nice glow I really like it so please help me 😊
