idk my skin anymore

my current skin keep piling up with a lot of hyperpigmentation, fungal and whatever acne as it is. It always appears around the same area and always left scars on it. But still ON THE SAME AREA UGHH. It so frustrated to see this likely all my works go on waste. If anyone could help me😔
