What is the difference?

What is the difference between the two giveaways what Picky posted just now? I can see for one , they will pick globally 3000 winners and for the other one, 1000 winners. What is the difference?

both are globally, but there are 3000 winners for the ampoule and 1000 winners for the toner. They are separated cos they are two different products.
