I used this before, the oil is normal you just have to shake it before use. But I didn’t experience any granules though. It was a challenge to blend since it’s thick. I believe it has exp date printed somewhere on the tube.

This is completely normal it's just the oil separated from the uv filters that's why products get labeled "shake before use" it is simply because oil based and water based ingredients do not mix and if they sit for too long they eventually separate.
