Spf is always last step and of the routine, so I’d use tone up fluid first, spf after. Moisturizer with spf I treat like a regular moisturizer, as you need a loooot of it to get sufficient sun protection, so I always apply separate spf over it anyways.

I see I see, I tried moisturizer with SPF then follow by tone up fluid
The outcome was really bad... Like the white cast and the obvious whitening makes me look like a ghost 😂
How long should we wait in between before continue the next product?

For me, tone up fluid is like makeup, because it brightens my skin. The minerals pigments in it instantly brightens my face.
So I would use the right SPF first on my skin, let it set and dry, then follow my enough tone up fluid to brighten my face without looking patchy.
Same with moisturizer with SPF
