you can try to use a hydrating and calming serum and a lightweight moisturizer for the day time. at night, your skin can use a good tick nourishing one so you can get rid of your dry flakes

hi moisturizers really helps in calming the skin down just go for the lighter ones, the benton propolis helps in calming the redness of the skin and it is very light not sticky at all and illiyoon helps in repairing damaged skin barrier. im from philippines by the way so im not lying about these moisturizers. BUT if your skin is really sensitize in every way make sure to cut simplify your routine or you can just use moisturizer then spf in the morning and in the evening moisturizer only. for repairing damaged skin barrier you can always have the great barrier relief of krave as well. i hope this helps.

hi, you might want to start with barrier/recover cream/moisturiser to repair your skin first. definitely use moisturiser cause it will help your skin. hope it helps 😊

I live on a sunny, tropical island 🏝️ I use this. It's an absolute gem πŸ’Ž for me. Earlier this year, I had a compromised skin barrier which was red & peeling. I returned to a basic skincare routine & this cream was a part of it. My skin recovered in less than 2 weeks!
