Hi guys , happy Halloween I will start incorperate retinol soon in my routine. Can you help me how to start using it.. I'm quite scared I might ruined my skin barrier Please leave some tips or advice 😃 Thank you in advance 💖

Start out with twice a week (at night)... then slowly use it every other night... then eventually every night. Make sure to use sunscreen during the day ❤️
