Facial Oil

Hi everyone ! Have a great day. Today I want to ask you all about the way you would do if you have facial oil has expired or damaged. I have a lot of facial oils that have exceeded the set pao period and the remaining balance is still a lot. I feel wasted to throw it away haha. So do you have any suggestions to reuse expired facial oil. I would also be very grateful if you would like to suggest some facial oils that you like ! đź’™

So, I found this on the web.. I know you don’t want to waste them but consider this warning I found on expired oil products. although oil-based products don't harbor bacteria, they begin to smell “off” when they expire. That's because oils go rancid over time when their chemical bonds become compromised by air and light. Once an oil is rancid, it loses all of its nutritional value to the skin and can even cause free radical damage. If they aren’t too expired or have a bad smell I’d say they are okay to continue to use sort of at your own risk.. I would recommend maybe using them on the body or feet instead of up or face just in case irritation does occur. Here’s some of my favorites

If it looks the same as when you first opened it but exceeded the PAO, I use mine as a body oil. But if it changed in color, texture or smell you should dispose of it.

I like to use them on my hair 🥰 i either put a few drops as a leave on treatment on the ends or i will use them as an oil mask - you put oil in your hair, leave it on for 30min-2hours and then rinse off (i rinse with conditioner-shampoo-conditioner method). Also, my faves would probably be tamanu, hemp and jojoba 💖
