Help me to Choose Cleansing balm/cleansing oil😎

Hi friends!! Welcome back to me🤩. I need your help,i really confusion to use cleansing balm or cleansing oil. Which one is better to remove makeup,sunscreen or dirt particles on my skin. I have a dry skin, so i really confuse to choose the other one😓 and yeah you can recomendation too some products that can match for my skin and whose better to remove makeup sunscreen and anything💜
