dry skin!!!

Recently I been noticed that my face is getting more dry, but if I apply a moisturizer my skin instantly gets oily and I also have some break ups around my chin, probably I'm suffering for some hormonal situation here, any good recommendations for a product that can help with this situation? Man people also told me that stress or bad sleep can be the reason.
