these two belong to different categories. the centella water is a toner, and from my experience it is not hydrating enough for dry skin. it is good for sensitive skin and allergic reactions but that's about it, there are plenty of options out there for a hydrating toner. the snail mucin on the other hand is an essence. it has a thick consistency, a serum like texture and yes it is very hydrating. still I don't really like it thaaat much (just a personal preference though, it is really good). The one I'd suggest instead is Rohto's hadalabo lotion (Japanese lotions work as both a serum and an essence at the same time so it's a win win scenario) here are some other suggestions for hydrating toners/essences❤❤

you are welcome. what I don't like is that it can easily lather up, like of I put it on slightly dump skin. other than that I have no problem with it. ✌🏻
