Silly question: 1+1 sales

Hello, friends! I have kind of a silly question. I saw Style Korean was having a 1+1 sale and I'm considering caving to get a few things. 🙈 Do any of you know whether I add one product to my cart and the automatically send the second one, or do I add two of the same item? Hopefully that makes sense. Thanks for your help!

just add one product on the 1+1 sale page n it will say 1+1 in the cart and they will put two of the same products.
