Benton mineral vs chemical sunscreen?

Which sunscreen do you prefer out of these two in terms of performance , texture , cast & feel from benton their mineral sunscreen or benton air fit uv defense (chemical) sunscreen ? Im having a hard times choosing one of the two , so help me if you tried their sunscreen before. Also in general which filter do you prefer in your sunscreens a chemical , physical or hybrid filter?
