Do you think wearing sunscreen at home is necessary?

I usually use sunscreen when I am going outside. I don't like to wear sunscreen at home.

Depends where you live, the weather, uv index and where you sit at home. Where I am uv index has been 1 or below for weeks now and I work from home so no, I don't wear sunscreen indoors. But I do when I go out. Lab muffin has done a very informative video on this.

Agree! It’s been 0-1 here in my area for weeks as well. Experts, dermatologists, health organizations say it’s not necessary to wear sunscreen when UVI is 2 or below (and before anyone say that UVI doesn’t matter, read about it from peer-reviewed scientific journals and articles). I don’t wear sunscreen at home but I do when I go out which is almost everyday, it has become a habit.

I only apply once in the morning. I don’t usually go out too.

If I am at home, I apply once and just let it be. If I know I am not out at all (lazy, mental health etc2) and staying away from natural light, I would skip it too.
