Breaking Out or Not?

Tried the iunik centella calming gel cream recently (today is my 3rd day of usage) as it has really good reviews here. Unfortunately, I don't remember where my usual breakout spots are due to either my very bad memory or because I don't look at the mirror often. Question: Are there other ways to tell if the reaction is my skin just adjusting to the new product or I'm actually breaking out?

This is cult fav but sadly, my skin hates it. my skin broke out and they appears on new skin area everytime i use it. i think the tea tree leaf water is the culprit. just sharing my experience ✌️

this one broke me out and left me more greasy after application. I wanted to love it so badly bc it’s raved by everyone but there’s essential oils in there that triggered my breakouts.
