Eczema winter season

Hi there, I’m recently been diagnosed with eczema on my skin, just curious to see what is someone else’s body skin care routine it’s like. Any suggestions of products I should try or use. I’ve been using Skinfix eczema body wash, toner by I’m from in the rice formula and Aveeno baby eczema
