my picky account can't be opened 😢

so sad I can't open my picky account. so I had to make a new one I've tried to contact picky on email and dm on Instagram but no response or help at all ☹️ has anyone experienced it? so the story is because I replace my cellphone automatically all applications are restored from iCloud but when I open it to login I can't open it.☹️ even the account status is not found, or even deleted. even though I checked using my friend's picky account my account is still there and not lost ️ please help me 😢 this is the account i can't open
