Do you moisturise your eyelids?

Ive done a few online classes and apparently eye creams/gels/serums are for around your eye only. This means the skin of your eyelids gets let's out. Does anyone else 'moisturise' their eyelids or is it just me? Why are we not meant to use products on such delicate skin?
