It depends on the scars because the deeper more pronounced ones can only be treated professionally. Skincare can only do so much.
The best thing that helped me to smooth my skin and lessen the scars is this peeling solution. Otherwise just look for products with glycolic and salicylic acids. Also retinoids can help in the long run.

Don't use to many exfoliants because it'll be worse! if anything, retinol can help.
First of all - love your skin! It's so awesome because it protects you every day ;) Try to embrace it!
I'd say that some professionals and estheticians can help with that, maybe try with them?
