What's happening with LBC Philippines?

Hi! So I have ordered some products from YesStyle. And it was delivered through LBC. It was supposed to be delivered yesterday but after like waiting for one hour no one called me. I emailed them and they said that I wasn't in the house and no one answered the call. They even ask for an active phone number. Have you encountered some thing like this before?
