thiss oneee, very hydrating, the texture is not that thick pretty similar to pyunkangyul essence toner but very hydrating , but my skin didn’t suit the pyunkang 😢

My favourite hydrating toner - rovectin treatment lotion and TIAM vita b5 toner! Rovectin has thicker consistency than TIAM and Rovectin leaves a more sticky finished than TIAM.
