Secret Key Rose Oil Serum Mist-Thoughts?

I was lucky enough to be selected to review the Secret Key Starting Treatment Rose Oil Serum Mist from Jolse. 🌹 It contains both Provence Rosa Centifolia Flower Water and Rosa Damascena Flower Oil to help keep skin moist. 🌹 I'm not entirely sure where I should be adding this mist into my routine but I've been mainly spraying it on instead of my toner in the morning or evening. It's the use of the word serum which is throwing me off. 🌹 Has anyone tried this? Where would you recommend using it in your routine?

I only heard about it from Jolse recently but I've also never heard of or tried the Secret Key brand until I received this product.

ahahha, I shake it like it is the good cocktail 😅😅😅 Honestly, the texture a little bit strange to me. I cab feel the oil, but need time to understand all the benefits of the product.
