lots of water and maybe a caffeine serum. if the dark circles are from not sleeping you probably will need to reduce the inflammation under your eye area.
you could also try cold spoons or jade rollers to help reduce puffiness which should help your eyes look brighter as well.

I find that putting cold compresses or spoons or tea bags or anything cold for few minutes will decrease eyebags.

If you don’t mind the price tag, this works like a charm for me. I’ve tried Lancôme and Estée Lauder eye cream as well and they didn’t do much for me despite all the highly raved reviews 😵💫
